Project Scope
- Complete reconstruction of reception desk
- Installation of new lighting throughout
- Fabrication and installation of millwork and metal artwork
- Installation of wallpaper
- Prime and painting of walls
- Removal and replacement of existing tile in elevator foyers of residential hallways
- Removal and replacement of carpet
- Removal and replacement of existing sconces
- Removal and replacement of existing ceiling tiles and grids
